I've visited this salon twice for a hair colouring, and both times have been disappointing. The results were so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When the bleach wasn't left on for the usual duration and the entire process only took 1.5 to 2 hours for my long, thick hair, I should have been wary. Paying £160 to walk around feeling self-conscious with visible lines where the colour starts and stops is unacceptable. The stylist's struggles during the process were not encountered by a less experienced stylist I had at uni. This experience has led me to share this negative review, as it's the second time I've had to seek correction elsewhere.
This salon is fantastic, with friendly and skilled hairdressers like Claire who knew exactly what to do. The entire experience, from start to finish, was relaxing, knowing I was in expert hands. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.
