Having my hair coloured by Becky was a delight. From the initial consultation to the colour appointment, Becky displayed professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and kindness. I mentioned my neck injury, and she took my personal needs into careful consideration. The outcome was beautiful, precisely what I desired. I will certainly return to see Becky next time.
**Avoid this salon** Francis Laurie, the franchisee of Saks St. Albans, neglects to pay the staff. Still owes me over £500 even after departing 3 months ago. The salon appears dilapidated and poses significant health and safety risks not only to its employees but also to clients. Overpriced and unclear where the money is allocated, certainly not towards staff payments or salon upkeep. Please invest your money elsewhere.
