The hair salon here is truly top-notch, no doubt. Every staff member excels at their craft, and I personally admire Stella, she is truly exceptional. I even journeyed between Edinburgh and Glasgow to get my hair styled here, no one does it better ⭐️
Simply dreadful. They prioritise your money, not the outcome of your hair. These images are AFTER I underwent keratin "smoothing" treatment -- entirely ineffective -- and after numerous attempts to get a response, the manager Emma didn't bother investigating further, instead jumped to conclusions and remarked that my hair appeared "matted" (so she clearly OBSERVED the issue) and placed baseless blame on me. She showed no interest in resolving the problem whatsoever!
