We have just purchased a wig for my mum in law and she is absolutely over the moon. Liam was fantastic from start to finish, assisting us to choose colours, fit the wig, cut and style it. He made us feel so comfortable with the process, showing us how to take the wig on and off properly, recommending products for maintenance and answering any questions that my mum in law was unsure about. There were a few tears as we couldn't believe how good of a job Liam did and how real it looked, we would highly recommend going to secret halo if you are considering the purchase of a wig.
Had my consultation for a hair topper, as my hair became very thin due to menopause, the team is so supportive really made me feel so comfortable, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, went back today to get topper fitted, I walked out very confident wearing my new topper absolutely love it, would highly recommend this salon really lovely bunch of individuals.
Absolutely incredible service. I contacted Liam after reading reviews for guidance on wigs/toppers. Liam was extremely helpful and professional with his advice. He arranged a few toppers for me to try and nothing was too much trouble, after multiple visits I bought a topper from him. Exceptional service, would highly recommend Liam to anyone.
