My daughter's first proper visit to the hairdresser went exceptionally well... Suzanne's cheerful and incredibly friendly demeanor made Izzy feel at ease enough to patiently endure a wash and cut. I am overjoyed with the results and will definitely return again!! Thank you 😊
It was a delightful experience from beginning to end. Being on vacation in the stunning St Ives, I spent a whole week engaging in activities with my children. However, on one particular day, I set aside time just for myself - I stumbled upon Olina Jay while exploring Google Maps near our accommodation. After carefully reading the reviews, I decided to see if I could secure an appointment. I encountered Suzanne as she was closing the salon, yet she graciously welcomed me in and provided expert advice on the most beneficial treatment for my hair, which had become fragile due to extensive bleaching. Suzanne was kind yet honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and displayed a high level of professionalism. We arranged a session, and I am truly thankful for everything. My hair now looks healthy and shiny. The colour transformation was remarkable - it shifted from a yellowish blond to a beautiful, healthy sandy hue without the use of bleach or any permanent colouring agents. This will be the best souvenir I take back from St Ives :) Thank you, Suzanne, it's a pity that it's an 8-hour drive from my place :)
