Had my lashes done 8 days ago and was reasonably satisfied with them. However, I requested and paid for hybrids, and after 3 hours of lying on the bed, my lashes still appeared quite sparse, not even halfway complete, and bore no resemblance to the images on their website. Despite following the technician's instructions to refrain from getting them wet for 24 hours, avoid contact with products, and regularly brush and wash them - almost all the lashes have fallen out in just 8 days post-application. I spent £40 on these and feel utterly swindled. These lashes were intended for Christmas, and now on Christmas day, I've had to resort to cluster lashes as it seems like I have no extensions on at all. Absolutely fantastic massage! I scheduled a back massage to alleviate the stress I accumulate from work, and the entire experience was superb from beginning to end. Booking online was a breeze, secured an appointment for the next day. Warm welcome upon arrival, we discussed my problem areas and pressure preferences, and I received a truly soothing massage from Lauren. She is skilled, amiable, and accommodating. I will definitely be returning more frequently, and highly recommend - my back already feels much better!
I regularly indulge in treatments with Lauren. Lashes, massages, waxing, and facials. She consistently succeeds in completely unwinding me, and we engage in delightful conversations! Her massages are truly phenomenal ..... her specialty, but she is equally professional and skilled in all her other treatments. Wholeheartedly recommend this salon, always relish my visits, I depart feeling incredibly content and relaxed, thank you ladies, especially Lauren x
