Had a balayage/shadow root & pastel colour treatment with a cut and style and i couldn't be happier with the result! Staff all very lovely and friendly as well as talented. I visited the salon twice for highlights and the first time was fantastic. However, the second time didn't go as well. Unfortunately, some of my hair got over processed and felt like Velcro tape.
