I've been a loyal patron here since they opened earlier this year, visiting at least once a month. The gentleman is always friendly, and the lady usually is too, but not today. She was unfriendly and unaccommodating, quite rude to me and my friend. She didn't speak to me, just tapped on the desk for attention. While filing the acrylics, she accidentally filed my skin on three separate fingers, causing them to be extremely sore. She was aware of this, as I pulled my hand back, but she 'acted' oblivious. Additionally, I wasn't offered any cuticle oil or cream, which she always did religiously over the past year. I assume this is because she knew it would cause me discomfort! Thank you for ruining my usual pleasant experience, I'll be returning to Andy's Nails.

Lady is incredibly impolite!!! I frequently visit this place as it’s conveniently located near me, but almost every time I leave feeling dissatisfied. I feel unable to communicate what I need to be fixed because she's so rude, which makes me uncomfortable. I will not be returning, take your money elsewhere :)
