I go to Lesley for a Bowen massage every two weeks and I truly value our time together; it is my chance to unwind and reset my mind and body. After the massage I feel comfortable in my physical self, as if we've been able to release the tension I've been carrying. Not only do I have mental clarity, I also feel light because the tension and discomfort have been released. Lesley creates a very serene and secure environment, and I couldn't imagine my life without Lesley being a part of it.

I discovered Lesley after conducting research on complementary therapies as part of a Reflexology Diploma. I selected Bowen Therapy as it was new to me and I was curious about it. During my research, I came across a very positive review on the Bowen website by a woman who had ME/CFS (a condition I also have) stating how the therapy had transformed her life. After reading that, I had to see if it could benefit me as well, so I searched on the Bowen Website to find a practitioner nearby, and fortunately, I found Service and Soft Touch in Egham. On my initial visit, Lesley was friendly, professional, and very easy to converse with. We discussed my reasons for being there and she explained what would occur during my treatment and how it could be done over clothing or without - whichever I was most comfortable with. I've tried various therapies to alleviate my ME/CFS symptoms and Bowen has been the only one to have a significant impact on it! I initially had weekly sessions, then transitioned to bi-weekly, then tri-weekly, and finally monthly sessions to manage my symptoms and stabilize my ME/CFS. I started Bowen in June last year and still continue with monthly treatments. The actual treatments are incredibly relaxing and I usually doze off. After each session, I feel completely relaxed physically and mentally and practically float home. I cannot praise Lesley enough! She is always so welcoming, supportive, and goes above and beyond to provide the best treatment for me and always inquires if there is anything specific she should focus on. Lesley never rushes me during our appointments and takes the time to converse with me before and after the treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Bowen sessions with Lesley. I left feeling extremely relaxed after each session and that feeling lingered for a few days afterwards. My sleep after each treatment was fantastic. I experienced numerous benefits after my series of treatments. My shoulder and right arm felt significantly better with no pain or limited movement. My lower back, hips, and knees also felt great. I ended up enjoying the Bowen therapy more than I had anticipated. The more I attended, the more I eased into it. I would absolutely recommend trying this type of treatment. Lesley is warm, inviting, and highly professional. I would highly recommend paying her a visit.
