Taylor was extremely welcoming and accommodating, which put me at ease knowing that she had a reputation as a waxing expert, exactly what I needed. In the past, I've had uncomfortable experiences with waxing, leaving me with hair and bruises.
I can confidently say (with my dark and hairy complexion) that I felt immediately comfortable, and even ended up getting more areas waxed than I had originally planned, something I had never experienced before.
