An amazing service. The lady who served us was so kind and caring and made us feel at ease straight away.
Avoid it at all costs! The most poor customer service I've ever had. I bought this steel ring with the purpose to wear at work which is suitable telling them my work requires lots of handwashing, I wore it and it became like the picture within 3 days, went to exchange it at the shop to get another one in pink rose color which I already got it and I'm happy with it but the lady not only didn't accept it even though the item wasn't fit for purpose but she made me spend more money buying the cleaning wipes (was on sale £9.99 she gave it for £6.99 when in fact with £5 more I could have exchanged it to the ring I asked for) she said if it takes the color come back again (I told her I know it's gonna become like that again and can't keep it on my finger and clean it every hour) and she saw I wasn't happy but kept insisting she can't exchange it! so now I have to keep this item in my drawer unnecessarily! Waste of money, poor quality product, poor customer service and too much hassle with the busy life we have!
Got my second piercing at 49 years old. On Saturday fab customer service that lady who did it was great had a great experience was with my sister who was my moral support wish I took the lady's name hopefully she will remember me. Could not fault the wonderful lady will be going back for my 3rd piercing as long as she does it. 5-star wonderful Store wonderful staff would not go anywhere else. Thank you
