Arrived with the Mountfitchet Castle pass, not too pricey. Intriguing for those keen on collecting. Enjoyable to reminisce over toys from yesteryears and explain to my children what a Sega Megadrive was... A plethora of vintage toys and figurines. Plus, a slightly eerie puppet theatre show.
Truly, one of the finest museums I've ever explored. The array of toys and WW2 artefacts is marvellous. Came for the castle, stayed for the museum.
Initially seemed like a tiny space from the outside........but what a delightful surprise it turned out to be!😃 Multiple rooms filled with toys from way back, each adult is bound to find a nostalgic piece from their youth. I will definitely return - there's so much to see - surely missed something 😃😎
