I was thrilled to have my nails styled by Cute Cuticles. I had booked my appointment weeks in advance for a Christmas party later in the week. However, a week before my appointment, I received a message asking if I could reschedule to Thursday. I agreed without any issue. On Thursday, I was looking forward to my appointment until I received a text 3 hours prior, informing me that it had been cancelled due to sickness. I expressed my disappointment as I had booked it for a known event, and it seemed unfair to cancel only 3 hours before. I mentioned that I would have been willing to pay a cancellation fee if notified within 24 hours, especially after adjusting my appointment to accommodate their request. The response I received claimed it was unavoidable and out of their control. I inquired about any availability for Friday before my party, to which I was informed that they were fully booked until January and uncertain about working on Friday. I am genuinely upset that they could not provide a genuine reason and offer no assistance for their issue. This experience was my first time booking with them, and it will be my last.
