The worst chemist I have encountered. Always taking an eternity to assist customers, and when they do, it takes ages to return. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return. Just an overall dreadful place to visit.
I'm not sure I've ever encountered a chemist with such poor customer service. There are always so many people inside, but they chat, restock shelves, and generally don't bother to acknowledge you or say hello. It's truly a struggle to even enter this pharmacy, and the experience is consistently the same.
Can't say much about the chemist or prescriptions, but today I was served by a gentleman named Aisha, who, as I observed with the two customers before me, always had a welcoming smile and inquired about their well-being, how their day was, etc. These small gestures do make a difference to customers, and it's great to see Aisha implementing the HUG policy. Well done, Aisha, and I hope you can continue this.
