I recently visited Beautyfini salon and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
On Sunday 24th December, I had an appointment scheduled for 11.30 am. I arrived ten minutes early, but unfortunately, I had to wait beyond my scheduled time to be seen. While I understand that delays can happen, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during this waiting period.
Additionally, I felt the customer service could have been more welcoming. The interaction with the first staff member felt quite abrupt, and I sensed a degree of discomfort, which made me feel uneasy. The second staff member who took over was somewhat better, but there was a lot of conversation in a language I didn't understand, which made me feel a bit isolated.
Regarding the service itself, I opted for gel nails based on the recommendation I received. However, I'm not satisfied with the outcome. The nails are uneven and not what I expected, especially for the price of £56. This was confusing as there was a discussion about charging £54 or £56, which wasn't clear to me.
I believe customer service and satisfaction are paramount, and I feel my experience didn't align with the high standards I anticipated, as you were recommended by a dear friend of mine. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, hoping it might help improve future customer experiences.About

Appalling manicure experience. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application. Not worth it for newcomers. Opted for a basic polish that should've taken half an hour, but ended up waiting for over 90 minutes as the nail technician attended to a regular. While the regulars were offered hot beverages upon arrival, I wasn't even offered a glass of water. They chatted away while I sat with my hands under the dryer for an hour without a single check-in. The end result was a disaster, yet I still paid £15. Save your money and look elsewhere 😭About

There has been a noticeable drop in the nail salon's standards. Lengthy queues, new staff members double-booking, and clients waiting for extended periods even with appointments. Poor communication as workers leave clients mid-service without explanation, causing frustration. Witnessing many dissatisfied clients today is disheartening. Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic.
