Appalling manicure experience. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application. Won't be returning after being charged £56 for such a dreadful service!
