I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect. This spa experience is pricier compared to other premium spa experiences in London, and I don't believe it offers the value for the quality provided.
