Not worth it for newcomers. Opted for a basic polish that should've taken half an hour, but ended up waiting for over 90 minutes as the nail technician attended to a regular. While the regulars were offered hot beverages upon arrival, I wasn't even offered a glass of water. They chatted away while I sat with my hands under the dryer for an hour without a single check-in. The end result was a disaster, yet I still paid £15. Save your money and look elsewhere 😭
Revising my assessment, this salon is hit or miss. Shelled out £30 for a BIAB treatment, but they didn't even clean beneath my nails, left polish on my skin, and butchered my cuticles. Truly disheartening!
