I got three piercings done - conch and both my second earlobe piercings. The environment was extremely hygienic and professional. They offered a wide variety of jewellery choices, unlike the standard stainless steel options commonly found elsewhere. The pricing was very reasonable for all the piercings and jewellery. I will definitely suggest and revisit in the future.
I visited to have my ear pierced at this establishment and encountered extreme rudeness and arrogance. I felt a hostile attitude from Lazarus, despite just wanting a simple ear piercing in a standard location. He refused to proceed and I had to wait a week for a refund. This incident occurred a month ago, but I doubt their service has improved. If possible, I would rate them 0 stars. I will not be returning.
