I’ve been seeing Theo at Marcohealth for my knee and wrist pain, and it has been an amazing experience working with him. He has been incredibly patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful with my issues. He has taught me a lot about correct form when doing certain exercises and has been training me to help build muscle around my knee to ease the knee pain I’d been experiencing. Additionally, some of the wrist exercises that he showed me have been incredible and my wrist pain literally disappeared doing them! He also gives the best forearm massages to alleviate pain! I’m so grateful to have found him, and learn so much from him - it has greatly helped improve my fitness regime. I would highly recommend Marcohealth, especially Theo to anyone who’s looking for a great physio, especially catering to knee and wrist pain.
