I have just left this store. I entered to view some rings displayed in the window with the intention of making a purchase. There were 6 individuals lined up behind the counter and one on a laptop to the side. I was the sole customer in the shop, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered assistance. After waiting for some time, I decided to leave. Not a single person bid me farewell. Disappointing.
The shopping experience in the store is subpar, and some of the sales associates could benefit from proper training in customer service. The individual who assisted me (Zara?) seemed disinterested in showing me the items I wanted to see - a pity as the jewellery on offer is exquisite. Furthermore, I did not receive my e-receipt, which should have been linked to my account, so I will need to contact customer service to rectify this issue. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this location until they improve their customer service.
