Underwent a piercing procedure and the staff were incredibly amiable and approachable. The process was swift and only slightly uncomfortable. The pricing was fair as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return!
If I could offer zero stars, I certainly would. My first tattoo experience at this place was a disaster. The tattooist seemed completely unfocused and impolite throughout. The result is a poorly healed tattoo with uneven lines and missing sections, not just minor fading. Trusting your tattoo artist is crucial, avoid this place at all costs.
Tracy was incredibly comforting during my initial tattoo experience, easing my nerves with patience and answering all my inquiries. Her skill and efficiency were truly impressive.
