I had to revisit the store several times, still dissatisfied with the result. I would not suggest this venue!! Upon my initial visit, it was a vibrant orange! Second time around, it appeared patchy and unblended. On the third visit, Shaz did what she could, which I found acceptable, but not worth the expense overall. Honestly, AVOID THIS PLACE!! They manipulate you into thinking your hair looks good, but you depart feeling ten times worse. My confidence in my hair has never been lower!

My visits to Rokas for hair washing and styling have always been delightful. The salon itself exudes style and comfort, and the staff are exceptionally skilled, professional, and amicable. The hair washing process is incredibly soothing and never hurried, unlike other places. The service is consistently outstanding, and the end result always leaves my curly hair looking fabulous after a blow-dry. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The most dreadful encounter at a hair salon I've ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service and a lack of expertise and professionalism. If I hadn't spoken up and pointed out the obvious, they would have let me depart looking disheveled with lighter roots and darker ends! They insisted I pay the full price, including the costs to rectify their own error, to which I objected. If you desire a pleasant salon experience, where your stylist genuinely cares about achieving results and treats you equally to other patrons, steer clear of this establishment.
