I had a hair appointment at 12pm and the stylist was late, which was already a bad sign. When I walked into the salon, it looked dirty and unclean so I decided not to go through with the treatment. The stylist was pushy and tried to upsell me on treatments I didn't want. I would not recommend this place at all if you value your hair.
Brazilian Blowout Keratin Straightening and Cut for two girls with curly hair (different textures & thickness). It was their first time at a salon and they were both nervous. Mito welcomed them with light-hearted conversation to help calm their nerves. The younger girl even brought a packet of crisps, which Mito playfully joked about taking. I brought them in with hair that hadn't been washed for 4 days, which I carefully brushed out and put into two twist plaits to make the detangling process easier. The entire experience was delightful and gentle. The results were fantastic! Their hair was soft and easy to manage. With proper maintenance, a Brazilian blowout can last 3-4 months. I purchased the recommended products for washing their hair and so far, their hair still looks amazing. Mito took the time to explain to the girls how to use and care for their hair, even showing them the right amount of product to use. We love their natural curls and usually embrace them, but this was a special treat for them since we couldn't go on a nice summer holiday due to Brexit, increased energy prices, and the pandemic. Maybe next year we'll be able to go on that "first time ever on a plane" trip. But wow! Mito did an incredible job! Thank you 😊
My hair is completely fried and damaged. Left bleach on for too long and had to cut off half of it to try and hide the damage. There's no fixing it now unless I shave it all off. All I wanted was some highlights. And on top of the 60£ voucher I used, I had to pay another 120£ just to have my hair ruined. I'm fuming.
