There has been a noticeable drop in the nail salon's standards. Lengthy queues, new staff members double-booking, and clients waiting for extended periods even with appointments. Poor communication as workers leave clients mid-service without explanation, causing frustration. Witnessing many dissatisfied clients today is disheartening. Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic. Additionally, a staff member was observed vaping indoors, causing discomfort for customers with asthma.
Yesterday, I was delighted with my nails and the reasonable pricing. I highly suggest this salon and will return for sure. It's best to call ahead for an appointment due to high demand.
Min did my nails I adore them. A welcoming and friendly salon with great prices. Highly skilled and executed exactly as I desired. I chose a 9am slot due to time constraints, and Min swiftly and diligently worked on my nails. The quality is top-notch, I wholeheartedly recommend.
