Had a 50-minute deep tissue massage with Ben today and I wish I booked a longer session. He was extremely professional and attentive. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of my treatment. I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect.
