I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect. This spa experience is pricier compared to other premium spa experiences in London, and I don't believe it offers the value for the quality provided.
I've visited this spa on multiple occasions. The thermal spa is a wonderful way to unwind and relax after a busy week. Bookings are available in 2-hour slots. Sessions typically include both male and female guests, but if you prefer a female-only experience, they offer sessions exclusively for women on Fridays. The spa features various steam rooms, wet and dry saunas. For the adventurous, there's an ice-cold plunge pool to invigorate the senses. After indulging in the different thermal experiences, guests can unwind on loungers in the relaxation room, enjoying complimentary cold beverages and soothing music. The spa provides slippers, a bathrobe, towels, as well as a key and padlock for the lockers.
