Just completed my initial full body laser session with Emma and I'm already scheduling another session with her because she's exceptional! I've been undergoing treatment for 1.5 years and it's just not effective. Everyone is welcoming during appointments and caring, but as soon as you raise concerns about its inefficacy, nothing changes. The branch manager has repeatedly assured me of a response and intervention from a specialist, but nothing has materialized. While my leg hair now grows slower and thinner, it's still present! It's unbelievable how much money I've spent on appointments every 6-7 weeks over 1.5 years for subpar and dreadful customer service that ultimately fails to deliver a high-quality service. All I've received are excuses, so don't squander your money.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Lily from the Wellness Centre for the second time, and I must say she is incredibly professional and personable. She addressed all my queries and worries, and throughout the procedure, she was engaging and humorous, which made the time pass quickly.
