Took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced (she lives with me). Had to return home for the necessary forms to prove she lived with me. The lady insisted that her mum needed to be present for permission before I had the forms, which was quite shocking. Witnessing a young girl under 3 being held down, screaming in fear of getting her ears pierced was heart-wrenching. That's why I rated this place a 3. The cost of £68 for an ear piercing is quite steep.
My daughter had her second lobe piercing done yesterday. The manager and young woman were incredibly attentive and gentle. Highly recommend. We opted for the pricier option at £88, but the results are definitely worth it. You get what you pay for. Thank you again, happy daughter = happy mum!
Waited 10 minutes at the checkout with no staff in sight. Found two employees at the ear piercing station, asked for assistance at the till. One of the ladies refused, citing that they were busy with ear piercing. Both stood idle, leaving only one on the tablet.
