Ruby did a fantastic job with my bikini wax, it was quick and efficient. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Ruby for any waxing service.
Avoid this salon at all costs!! I went in for a basic nail polish on Thursday, but was convinced to upgrade to gel polish for longer-lasting results. By Saturday morning, most of the nails had already started to peel off. I tried reaching out to the salon, but couldn't find a phone number or email, so I used the online form. Unfortunately, no one bothered to respond, and they don't offer cash refunds. A complete waste of £25, I will never return.
Outstanding service and a delightful experience getting my gel polish removed today at Elegance. The results were beautiful, with no chipping or peeling for weeks. Even as the nails grew, the polish still looked fresh. A perfect 10/10 experience.
