I wasn't the only one who had problems with this salon. And the only problem is with its owners.
The manicure specialists are absolutely amazing. The lady was extremely precise, careful and perfectionistic. Hygienic manicure was included in the polish manicure and I am extremely happy with the result. Best manicurist in Edinburgh. The service you get for the price is unmatched. Not to mention the place is spotless and everyone is extremely kind and nice offering tea and biscuits to put a cherry on top of an already amazing experience. Will come back monthly at least for sure 🤍
I had my nails done by Rosie today. I am so surprised this place is not better known in Edinburgh. Rosie took her time and did not rush through the process, she made sure prep and design were meticulously done. I felt so relaxed and heard whenever I mentioned an adjustment. Rosie was so nice and heard me out on every pointer - I am rather picky. And when the initial design didn’t work out, another lady chimed in with good ideas. I am so happy with the service although it took longer than usual, which I did not mind. The men who I assume to be the owner was also so lovely, he is clearly very enthusiastic about the business and asked to take multiple pictures of the set of nails, this was very endearing. This was not my usual nail salon but I am so pleasantly surprised! The staff was amazing and the nails are beautiful.
