Decided to drop by during my lunch break on a whim. I had my earlobes pierced in Manchester a few months back and had been struggling to remove the jewelry. The individual assisting me was exceptionally helpful and patient, as it took some convincing for the jewelry to come out. I offered payment, but they kindly refused, which was a lovely gesture considering I had the piercing done elsewhere, with one studio in Glasgow quoting £15! Therefore, a 5-star review is my way of expressing gratitude. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and generosity.
