I had the pleasure of having my nails done by Anne on Fri, 16th Feb, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I dropped by on a whim, and Anne managed to squeeze me in late afternoon on the same day. I was very appreciative as I had my daughter's birthday celebration the following day. I wholeheartedly endorse Mint Nails. The customer service is exceptional, the prices are fair, and I will unquestionably be a returning customer.
The freehand nail art here is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They managed to salvage a botched job I had done in London.
This nail salon is quite delightful, and I was thrilled for my inaugural set to be crafted here as it's tidy and pristine. I stopped by and was quoted 28 for a full set of acrylic nails, and when I inquired about gems, I was informed, "that will be extra," which I anticipated and promptly scheduled an appointment for today. I stopped at the bank to withdraw £30 as I knew I wanted a couple of jewels, and I had £5 in my purse. The nails were finished, as seen in the picture below, I asked for the price and to my utter astonishment was told £42! Never in my life have I paid such an amount for nail work, and I've had far more intricate designs done previously. I had a sprinkle of loose glitter on the tips (not glitter acrylic) and the gems in the photo were identical on both middle fingers. This certainly does not justify £14 more than the initial quote. I truly cannot fathom how they could charge that much, and I'm extremely disappointed. I had hoped to have found my new nail salon here as my regular technician has relocated, but sadly, I will not be returning and will seek services elsewhere 😔 Be cautious if you're a newcomer and ensure the price is confirmed before they commence.
