Absolutely fabulous salon! I've been a regular for the past few years and am always thrilled with my manicures and nail art. I've also had my hair dyed, Botox, facials, and eyelash lift done there, and every time the results have exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is fantastic, and every appointment is a delightful experience. It truly is the go-to place for all your beauty treatments!
I recently got engaged and decided to treat myself to a manicure to show off my ring. However, I left with painful, bloody cuticles, particularly on my ring finger. It was heartbreaking to see my nails in such a state on such a special occasion. The BIAB also looked odd, and it wasn't until others pointed it out that I realized how bad it was. I reached out to express my disappointment, but all I was offered was a 50% discount on another treatment, with no option for a refund. I won't be returning for any service where such mistakes can occur. While I understand that the nail technician was an apprentice, this should have been communicated at the time of booking, which it wasn't. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
