The proprietor takes immense pride in their craftsmanship and customer service, specialising in shaping brows. They have guided me on reshaping mine and advised against plucking in certain areas, resulting in a significant improvement. Their enthusiasm and energy are infectious, ensuring there are no dull moments during the session. The pedicure experience on the charming bench with a foot spa setup evokes a sense of being in Morocco. The transformation on my feet, from rough skin to velvety softness, was truly remarkable. They also suggested some skincare products which I am currently using and hopeful that they will address my wrinkles and pigmentation concerns.
Upon my beautician's recommendation, I tried threading at Retreat as it was not offered at my regular salon. I have been a loyal customer at Retreat for a few years now. The online booking system is user-friendly and convenient. Pryia, the therapist, excels in threading and provides an excellent service. I highly recommend her expertise.
The manicure was efficiently executed, with a lasting finish. I particularly admired the shape chosen and the wide array of colours available for selection. However, the salon's ambiance appears somewhat worn-out and lacklustre, diminishing the sense of indulgence. Nevertheless, it is a convenient spot for a swift gel manicure service - in and out with ease!
