Booked a spa day on spa breaks. Booked today's date 5th June and booked on the booking line to confirm and check booking but they could not find me. The girl Abbie on the phone expressed how there was not much room and had to fit us in at 1pm and 1 30pm, which was fine but sounded like it was not fine originally so it made me panic worrying did we get booked in or not. I told her there should be more communication with spa breaks taking bookings for certain days and lack of communication with the spa booking system as if someone books a spa day on a specific day and there is no slots what would happen. Luckily, we got the last slot, but I was a little confused as to if we could not get in what would happen? Would a refund be issued, or would it be swapped to a different day? Spa breaks possibly need to make sure they are not taking people's bookings too hasty without checking if the therapists are free first.
