Dreadful Customer Service I selected this salon due to its proximity to my residence and positive reviews on the website. My initial visit left me disappointed as they were unable to locate my appointment in their system. My subsequent visit was a nightmare as I was delayed in picking up my children from school since my senior stylist was attending to two clients simultaneously. Additionally, I misplaced my earrings due to the rush.
Outstanding hairdressers I have ever encountered and I have tried several. Kirby, Chloe, and the rest of the team are incredibly kind and always willing to assist. I urge you to give them a chance. Since Kirby began styling my hair, it has never felt and looked better. She is meticulous, professional, and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
