Outstanding service from beginning to end. Clarified how I can finance my treatments, outlined the procedure, reviewed my medical details before treatment. This was my fourth appointment, and while my past visits have been positive, this time was quite unsettling. The individual who assisted me made a subtly confrontational remark about not being permitted to capture images, even though I was merely photographing my own limb, with no part of them in the frame. Given my prior experiences, I was taken aback by their attitude. It seemed unnecessary, almost as if they were 'patronisingly explaining' a rule to me. I can't help but wonder if they would have felt compelled to say that if I were of a different ethnicity.
Dr Gabriela Muir was exceptional. She listened to my preferences and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages, allowing me to make an informed decision. She was very calming to be around, professional, and had a positive aura that put me at ease. She delivered incredible results for me, and a few days later, I look and feel fantastic. Thank you so much.
