Lola Jackson I've been a loyal customer since my first positive experience! However, after getting my nails done yesterday, I noticed a lot of bubbles in the daylight this morning. I immediately reached out, and they were quick to offer a redo, which was appreciated. Upon returning, the service was prompt, but I felt like I was the one at fault! No direct apologies were given, despite being a long-time patron. While one of the staff members was friendly, the nail technician didn't even bother to check the second hand and simply walked away to wash their hands. I felt like an inconvenience due to their previous work. Although the nails are now fine, a bit more focus on customer service would greatly enhance the experience. I'm quite disappointed.
Always perform with skill! Rushing during lunch break, yet they manage to deliver excellent results in the limited time I have! Grateful 😊
