Scheduled a massage appointment, but there was no response at the door. I tried calling two different numbers, knocked, and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I left a note with my contact details, hoping it was just a mix-up, but she never reached out. I am very let down.
Had an exceptional experience. Attentive to my concerns and provided the deep tissue massage I was in need of. I would recommend her to everyone.
I phoned Italia on a whim to see if she could squeeze me in that day. She graciously picked me up and was incredibly welcoming and kind. My shoulder was causing me a great deal of pain, but after the session, I was completely pain-free. I was so overwhelmed with happiness, I could have cried. Without a doubt, a shining star.
