What a dreadful experience. It seems like the proprietors have employed migrants at subpar wages who struggle with basic English comprehension, leading to difficulties in receiving the expected service. Every time I've visited, the salon has been packed with customers waiting, yet only one staff member was on duty. Consequently, she hurried through my eyebrow threading, leaving them botched as she had to pause midway to attend to another customer who came in after me. The staff member was impolite and unapologetic, prioritizing the other customer. Upon addressing this issue with the manager, they responded aggressively and dismissed my concerns entirely. Additionally, the salon fails to meet adequate hygiene standards. Not recommended!
Had a rather unpleasant first experience there. The lady who did my eyebrows was excessively rude and brusque. It's essential for them to learn how to courteously interact with customers. Moreover, they conversed in their native language while customers were present, which was off-putting.
Had a delightful pedicure today with shellac polish. The customer service was exceptional, as always. I've been a loyal patron of this salon for years and I'm consistently pleased with the treatments. It's a very soothing experience. The staff is friendly, attentive, and offers great advice. I left feeling completely relaxed after a stressful few weeks, and my feet look and feel fantastic. Now I just need some sunshine to flaunt them in sandals and flip flops! The foot and leg massage were absolutely heavenly. The pricing is reasonable too. Thank you, and I'll be back soon x
