I seldom leave feedback, but felt compelled to share my experience.. Absolutely appalling service! Visited this salon for a caramel balayage, provided a reference photo, yet left with bright red hair. Displeased! My natural brown shade vanished.. Perhaps suitable for someone seeking red locks, but not what I requested; still had to pay full price despite expressing dissatisfaction. Inquired about rectifying the colour, only to be told it would fade with washes. Hair felt dry and poorly styled. Had to purchase additional products to remove the colour immediately. A waste of money! Reference images of desired outcome and actual result attached...
