I haven’t found any faults with this salon and the individuals who have styled my hair. It’s the sole place in the vicinity that has delivered a satisfactory service. However, a small piece of advice for one of your team members - if you intend to make disdainful expressions behind customers' backs, be mindful that you are surrounded by mirrors. It's impolite and belittling. You are in a role that requires customer service, and it should be a pleasant encounter. I couldn't wait to leave today. Today was my first visit as I had a dreadful experience at Sunshine Nails in Stone. The individual who attended to me grasped my preferences perfectly. They were highly professional, attentive, and had a gentle touch while working on my nails. The pricing was significantly lower than the previous place I frequented for years... unfortunately, they have lost my custom now.
I give this salon a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Impeccable cleanliness, outstanding variety of services.
I will be returning for my biweekly touch-up.
