However, a small piece of advice for one of your team members - if you intend to make disdainful expressions behind customers' backs, be mindful that you are surrounded by mirrors. It's impolite and belittling. You are in a role that requires customer service, and it should be a pleasant encounter. I couldn't wait to leave today. Nonetheless, my hair looked nice, and the individual who styled it was delightful.
