My teenage lad and I have been attending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions at Stroud Fight Academy (Brimscomb and Thrupp leisure centre) for over three years. I must say, we are fortunate to have the finest instructor in the entirety of Stroud and Stonehouse! My son has gained immense confidence and physical prowess since enrolling in Harriet Blake's classes. He even participated in his inaugural tournament last year! Harriet has consistently displayed patience, attentiveness, and a remarkably professional demeanour towards all members, irrespective of age. We couldn't ask for a better mentor. I wholeheartedly endorse Harriet Blake's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes to all individuals, young and old, in our locality.
The standout feature of this gym is the warm and inclusive environment; new faces join on a weekly basis and are always greeted warmly, not to mention the exceptional instructors and unparalleled facilities in the Stroud area.
Exceptional garage, delightful team. Ideal for all age groups, I commenced with my 6-year-old and also engage in the adult sessions. The ambience is welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch and hygienic. Highly recommended.
