In 2022, the Veterans Hub was established to provide a space for veterans from all branches to come together over breakfast. Our meetings aim to reunite with like-minded individuals who comprehend our mindset and enjoy friendly banter. We gather monthly for breakfast and a raffle, extending invitations to supportive organisations to assist anyone facing difficulties. Sometimes, a simple chat with a fellow member who understands the challenges of service life can make a significant difference. Operating as a self-help group, our monthly raffle primarily funds a Christmas Dinner for our members and their companions. Some of our members live alone without family, so it is our pleasure as a Hub to offer a festive meal and share some laughter. While we strive to raise additional funds for outings throughout the year, the highlight remains the Christmas dinner.
