Jess and all the ladies perform their duties with utmost professionalism, whether it's styling hair, doing nails, or providing advice on tanning. They exude a cheerful and welcoming demeanour. After your visit, you'll feel like you've gained new friends. I highly recommend their services.
This is the second time I've been disappointed by my appointment here. The first time, no stylist showed up, and I was left waiting around for 20 minutes to see if they would open. I left a message with my contact number, but they never got back to me. When I finally reached them, they were very apologetic and offered me a discount, which they failed to apply when it came time to pay. This time, they scheduled my appointment for a week later than the day I specified, despite clearly stating that I wanted my haircut this week, not next. It seems that they rarely have stylists available, so the wait and the inconsistency are not worth it.
