First time at the farm and had a massage with Grace. It's a peaceful and beautiful location, clear directions given, ample free parking and easy to find. I missed the sign, so for any other newcomers, it's the first building on your left as you approach the farm buildings. Grace was a very professional and friendly young lady, and her treatment was possibly the best massage for my extremely tight muscles that I have ever experienced (and I've had a few)! I wholeheartedly recommend her and will definitely be making another appointment. Thank you to everyone x
My first time at Waterloo Farm Wellness today, what a fantastic place. I enjoyed a wonderful full body massage with Charlie, who was delightful, she made me feel completely at ease and was extremely professional. The service didn't feel hurried at all and I felt it was worth every penny, I will certainly be booking with Charlie again soon. It was incredibly relaxing, enhanced by the soothing atmosphere of the gentle lighting and tranquil background music. Thank you Charlie 😁
My experience from beginning to end was absolutely exceptional. The therapist showed genuine concern for my relaxation and relief. She surpassed Champneys! I will definitely make another booking, it's a pity I don't live closer!
