Appalling service, my skin got burned. Even a simple eye brow wax they messed up. I have burns on both my eyes. They destroyed my face. I have a visible scar. They don't even deserve 1 star. Not recommended at any cost.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
brassy and very chunky front section with bleach bleed patches and with muddy brown dark ends and patchy blonde highlights at the back - the exact opposite of what I asked for!! And a damaged scalp/front section that suffered two hours of bleaching plus toners and semi dyes. I received an apology text message at 7pm that same evening (shows they know it was bad?!) from the salon and they only offered for the same hairdresser to rectify it. I asked for a refund instead (why can they fix it now if they couldnt before?) and was told, quote "I cannot see that the issues you have reported relate to the treatment, therefore we will not be able to offer any refund." Unbelievable, I will be telling everyone I know in the area to avoid! I'm sure they'll say it happened differently but pictures don't lie.
