Switched from the finest barbers in Stowmarket to the worst; all the skilled staff have departed, and the current barbers are inept, more focused on their phones than on cutting hair. It feels like a rushed job, trying to finish the cut in under 10 minutes. I visited yesterday for a trim in V-shape of my lengthy locks without blow-drying, and I only noticed the poor cut once it was dry. I do not recommend it.
